  My experience with this business for the past season was not the best, however a phone call placed to the company Friday, March 16, 2018, solidified my decision to dismiss them as my lawn maintenance provider. The receptionist, Kelly, was quite rude and short with a tendency to attempt to over talk me as I tried to explain that the technician only completed the front lawn and neglected to do the back. She further stated that the technician 'knows to do the front and back.' When I told her that clearly he didn't as the back lawn was not done. Kelly asked me how did I know. I informed her that my property has half a dozen security cameras that records footage and reminded her that this was the SAME issue that I called about when the late fall treatment was applied. I requested to speak with another representative from the company as her rudeness and attitude was unacceptable to me. She stated that she would have the service manager call me later. When I inquired as to the name of this person, so that I could write a letter, she refused and instead referred me to another 'gentleman' who stated that he was 'Jim' the owner. As I began to speak, the owner cut me off stating "Listen, I'm the owner, you're not going to get my last name for various reasons..." At this point, I disconnected the call as I refused to endure additional rude behavior from anyone in this 'business.' It is also important to note that I was unable to resolve my issue.
